In-person workshops exploring alignment with a deeper peace within you

Located in the beautiful northern blue mountains in Bilpin and utilising the Yoga from the Inside Studio and The Artist’s Retreat, these single-day and multi-day workshops offer a range of modalities to progress your personal growth path.

Know Yourself: Personal Growth Workshops

Sundays monthly, 10am to 4pm
Yoga from the Inside studio, Bilpin

These single-day workshops use Sandplay to access unconscious patterns and beliefs that hold you back from growth and movement towards wholeness. A team of experienced facilitators support your Sandplay process to find meaning and new direction from what you express in the sand tray.

You will never leave a session without knowing more about yourself and shifting your entrenched inner patterning. You will have new ways to respond to challenges and a sense of awe about the interconnection of all life.

Breathing for Well-being

Quarterly, Saturdays 1pm to 4pm
Yoga from the Inside studio, Bilpin

Working with the breath is the most powerful way to regulate our nervous system. You can use these simple, accessible practices as life resilience tools to help you manage every day. Creating a calm state of body and mind starts but does not end with you. The benefits will spill over into your relationships and how you respond to the challenges that life and the world presents.

These regular workshops offer a community of practice where we come together to recognise our common humanity and support one another to keep practising.

The mind is a great servant but a terrible master. Put yourself back in the driver’s seat: reduce overthinking, regulate your nervous system, tame and control your mind. Make quick and lasting changes to how you think by leveraging evidence-based, proven neuroscientific techniques. Learn to regulate your response to life and retain balance, in the most challenging circumstances using mindfulness.
