Set goals, develop a personalised practice and catch up monthly

It can be really helpful to have someone walking with you as you travel your mindfulness and awakening consciousness journey. The coaching is light touch and simply aims to help you stay on track with the goals you set for yourself. Having someone to share your experiences with can help provide clarity and give you the accountability to help stick to your intentions or to have someone witness their adjustment.

You can subscribe for either six or twelve months. Both options include an initial one hour session where we work out your intentions, goals and develop your very own personalised practice plan to follow through the month. Each month we’ll have a 30 minute catch up to discuss how things are going and modify the plan for the next month if necessary.

A great follow-on for Introduction to Mindfulness

This coaching is particularly suited as a follow-on for students who have already completed the four week Introductory course with Mindfulness Works Australia, where you will have gained experience and understanding of the principles of mindfulness/meditation. We will further explore those principles to enhance your understanding and to embed mindfulness into your life.

What’s included?

The coaching is comprised of the following elements:

  • 1 x one hour initial assessment and goal setting session
  • 1 x 30 minute catch up each month for the length of the subscription
  • a printable monthly practice plan (provided electronically each month)
  • free access to recorded guided meditations
  • sessions can be online or in person at Bilpin


12 month subscription $50 per month

6 month subscription $60 per month

Steps to get started:

  1. sign up for your choice of six or twelve months subscription
  2. receive an email with your unique code to use when scheduling your sessions
  3. schedule your initial one hour session using one of the following methods:

    • email me and we'll work out a mutually agreeable time and I'll take care of the scheduling
