Exploring Mindfulness Meditation with iRest®

As a follow-on I also offer a mindfulness course called Exploring Mindfulness Meditation with iRest® depending on the level of interest in each course location. This is also a four-week course, 1.5 hours per week.

It could be said that the 10 steps of iRest® are Universal truths that lead you to peace, happiness and wholeness – to return you to your innate state of simply being – to be acquainted with the part of you that is always whole and complete. It is spiritual exploration without religion, yet completely compatible with religion.

This course will give you tools that you can apply 24/7. It will offer you a self-care system that you can weave into your life however it works for you. You may be seeking a greater sense of purpose or meaning. You may be managing challenging circumstances or finding relief from pain, insomnia or other conditions. Whatever the healing, you don’t need to be fixed or changed – just reconnected to the ever-present wisdom within you.

This course is taught in a trauma sensitive manner.
