Exploring Mindfulness Meditation Online

You CAN manage fear and anxiety in these uncertain times! In fact, these circumstances are a great opportunity to tap into that ‘centre of the storm’ or the ‘calm beneath the surface’ that is always available within you.   • 6 x 1 hour weekly live connections via Zoom (with a take away recording)
  • 1 x personalized one to one session (worth $130)
  • Small group interactions via Messenger to keep you on track and accountable
  • A present in the post comprising:
    • A supporting booklet
    • An eye pillow
    • A poem to post on your fridge
  • Professional audio recordings of guided practice (either download via internet or CD – both available to everyone)
