As a welcome, your first class with us is always free. Morning, Mindfulness Meditations on Monday and Friday mornings are by donation.

Morning Mindfulness Meditation

These sits are an opportunity for people to come together and practice meditation in community. If you have a practice or a technique that you’ve learned elsewhere, please bring that along. If you’re new to meditation you might like to just try it out and enjoy the ambience. But, if you find sitting in silence a little challenging at this stage, you may like to come along to a ‘Learn to Meditate’ course first. There is no charge for the Morning Mindfulness Meditation sits.

These community meditations are without charge.  However, donations are appreciated to support the outreach work that Yoga from the Inside does taking yoga and mindfulness into the community.

Yoga for Osteoporosis

This class offers safe, ‘bone-friendly’ exercise to support you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, while avoiding the high risks for anyone who has osteoporosis.

Movement, Breath, Meditation

The full yoga experience. Fifty minutes of movement, dynamic and gentle, tailored to the people in the room, 10 minutes pranayama or breath work and 15 minutes lying down meditation.
The objectives of the class is to create a mind body connection, for students to become comfortable meeting themselves where they are without comparison or competition and to trigger the relaxation response by using pranayama and guided meditation.
The class is trauma sensitive.

Pre-natal Yoga and Mindfulness

This pre-natal yoga class will focus on developing mindfulness through movement and deep relaxation.
If you are new to yoga it is recommended to commence this class after 14 weeks pregnancy.
A deeply relaxing class for you and your baby in an ambient space.  Small class sizes.

Early Morning Yoga

This early morning class will work through stretches for the whole body to get you moving for the day and set you up with vitality and calmness to meet the day.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga uses props to support comfort and ease in the body with the objective of experiencing the power of letting go in both body and mind.  It is a meditative yoga practice that brings deep peace and calm and a deeper body awareness. The parasympathetic nervous system is activated to effectively release anxiety, promote digestion, relieve headaches and enhance your well being.
