Morning Mindfulness Meditation
These sits are an opportunity for people to come together and practice meditation in community. If you have a practice or a technique that you’ve learned elsewhere, please bring that along. If you’re new to meditation you might like to just try it out and enjoy the ambience. But, if you find sitting in silence a little challenging at this stage, you may like to come along to a ‘Learn to Meditate’ course first. There is no charge for the Morning Mindfulness Meditation sits.
These community meditations are without charge. However, donations are appreciated to support the outreach work that Yoga from the Inside does taking yoga and mindfulness into the community.
Yoga for Osteoporosis
This class offers safe, ‘bone-friendly’ exercise to support you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, while avoiding the high risks for anyone who has osteoporosis.

Restorative yoga uses props to support comfort and ease in the body with the objective of experiencing the power of letting go in both body and mind. It is a meditative yoga practice that brings deep peace and calm and a deeper body awareness. The parasympathetic nervous system is activated to effectively release anxiety, promote digestion, relieve headaches and enhance your well being.
