These regular practices are an opportunity to practice non-dual meditation with a community online. Non-dual pretty much just means that everything is welcome, there is nothing that you need to get rid of, fix or change. Each practice will have a theme and will comprise an initial centering and short practice, some discussion about the theme and a 20 minute practice to complete.
