Our collaboration with a range of health practitioners such as psychologists, life coaches, naturopaths and other yoga teachers ensures you are supported physically, metaphysically, emotionally and attitudinally to find that ‘next piece’ for your journey home to your Self.
Minnie Biggs has been meditating for many years, on several meditation paths. In the last five years she has embraced Recollective Awareness meditation as a most fruitful and enjoyable way to spend a part of each day. The transformative benefits of this technique have prompted her to study further with Jason Siff to become a facilitator so that she can offer the same opportunity to others.
Minnie is also a long-term yoga practitioner and writer.
Lisa Taylor is a life coach with over ten years’ experience coaching people in a range of settings. Lisa has coached executives and senior leaders across the Asia Pacific region for multinationals, iconic Australian companies, not-for-profits and government sector clients. She combines technical expertise, powerful interpersonal skills and well-honed intuition, to inspire people to stretch, transform and reach their full potential.
Lisa holds a Diploma of Coaching Supervision, a Diploma in Transformational Coaching and a Professional Certificate in HR Consulting as well as being Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) certified.

Yoga from the Inside partners with the DanceFit Studio in North Richmond to host drop in classes, short courses and workshops. The owners of DanceFit, Jen and Adam Stone, provide Ballroom, Latin and New Vogue dance teaching – and also have a passion for community engagement and wellbeing.
