Minnie has been practising yoga and meditation for many years. She started with Transcendental Meditation, and later chanted and studied and meditated with Siddha Yoga. More recently she has been working with Jason Siff who developed Recollective Awareness and finds that practice very satisfying. Her weekly yoga classes, daily meditation and stretching are what keep her alive (into her eighties!) That’s what she says.
Her pure enjoyment of meditation and all the benefits received are what inspire her to share her experience with others, to help people find the best way for them to come to the joys and blessings of the practice of sitting. Or lying down!
