Michelle has practised yoga and meditation for many years. She has studied various traditions: with James and Michelle Sierra, Rachel Nokes, Nicola Ellis and currently at the Yoga Institute (founded by Michael de Manincor in the Krishnamacharya tradition).
She believes that yoga is for everyone and that this ancient tradition can be applied in our modern world to bring integration and wholeness. She likes to summarise her understanding of yoga with these words – steady, calm, kind – body, breath, mind.
Michelle’s key areas of interest are yoga for mental health, yoga for over 50s and developing personalised practices.
